What CourtQuote is

CourtQuote (“CourtQuote”, “we”, “us”) is a directory of sports court contractors, a project planning tool, and an optional matching service. Tell us about your project and we will review it. When we find a contractor whose service area and capabilities fit, we invite them to connect with you.

CourtQuote is not a contractor, does not design or build courts, and is not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor. Any contract for work is between you and the contractor alone, on terms the two of you agree.

What CourtQuote does not promise

• We do not guarantee an introduction, a quote, a price, a contractor’s availability, or any project outcome.
• We do not rate contractors, publish reviews, or rank listings by payment. Featured placement, where it appears, is labeled and does not affect matching.
• We do not warrant any contractor’s licensing, insurance, workmanship or conduct. Cost figures and planning content on the site are estimates for orientation, not quotes.

Match requests

If you submit a match request, you agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate, describes a real project, and is yours to share.
• We may verify your email address, and your phone number if you provide one, before acting on the request.
• Projects are offered to one contractor at a time. If a contractor accepts your project, we share your name, email address and phone number with that one contractor, and they may contact you about it. The consent language shown when you submit governs that sharing, alongside our privacy policy.
• You can withdraw a pending request at any time by contacting us or using the status page for your request.

Hiring is your decision

An introduction is an introduction, not a recommendation. Before hiring any contractor, verify for yourself whatever your project needs: licensing, insurance, references, permits and a written contract. Payment for construction work goes directly to the contractor, never through CourtQuote.

Contractor listings and claims

Listings are compiled from information businesses publish about themselves, shown with the date the details were checked. If you claim a listing for your business, you agree that:

• You are authorised to act for that business, and the information you provide about it is accurate and kept current.
• Photos and other content you add are yours to use, and you grant CourtQuote a non-exclusive licence to display them on the site and in previews of it.
• Project opportunities we send you describe real submitted requests, are offered to you exclusively while you decide, and any fees are set out in the separate agreement you accept when claiming and billing open.
• A buyer’s contact details reach you only after you accept a project, and you may use them only for that project.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or automated requests, or impersonate another person or business.
• Scrape, harvest or resell contact information or listing data from the site.
• Interfere with the site’s operation, probe its security, or bypass its rate limits and bot checks.
• Use the site for anything unlawful.

We may refuse, suspend or remove any request, listing or access that breaks these rules.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, its design and the CourtQuote name are owned by CourtQuote or its licensors. You may use the site for its intended purpose; you may not copy or republish it beyond what the law allows. Content that contractors upload remains theirs, licensed to us as described above.

Disclaimer

The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CourtQuote is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for the acts, omissions or workmanship of any contractor or buyer, and our total liability for claims relating to the site is limited to the greater of one hundred US dollars or the amount you paid CourtQuote in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

If your breach of these terms, your content, or your project causes a claim against CourtQuote by someone else, you agree to cover the losses and reasonable costs that claim causes us.

Ending and changing

You can stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. We may update these terms; the date at the top moves when we do, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Sections that by their nature survive, including the disclaimer, liability and indemnity sections, survive.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally belong to the state or federal courts located in Kansas, and both sides consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section takes away consumer rights you hold under the mandatory law of the place you live.
